Why is it that republicans fight SO HARD to keep young men and women in harms way in Iraq but are so afraid to give some of their own money to pay for it?  Is it that you are so far removed from death that you just don't understand what it means?  Is it that you have lost your humanity and money has become more important than human life? 

Why is it so important to kill people abroad yet protecting them at home is SOCIALISM?  Why is it so HORRIFIC to kill an unborn baby in the womb, but GOOD to let them die because they can't afford healthcare?

Having a PUBLIC military is "Socialism" it's paid for with OUR TAX DOLLARS.  You want HUGE tax breaks for the wealthy and practically nothing for 60% of Americans (less than %1 tax relief under McCain).  In a time where our national debt has never been higher and EVERY FAMILY in this country OWES $450,000, you want to give a $120,000/yr tax break to people who pull in over $2 million dollars a year, for them to POCKET. But you want our government to keep paving our  roads, keep educating our children, keep sending our troops out to fight a war that ended a while ago and now it's about Cashing in - MONEY for Haliburton (We WON when we removed Saddam and found NO WMDs, we won when the government of Iraq, our new democractic allies asked us to leave, now the democratic government of Iraq wants us to leave and we won't? Why?  Because the RICH are getting RICHER and we are pumping too much cash out of that country).

I am disgusted with the group that shout's BABYKILLER while clinging to their GUNS and the Death Penalty and endorsing Bush's use of Napalm on innocent civilians in Iraq and endorsing the use of torture on people who have never even had a hearing to determine their guilt or the legality of their incarceration.  I am disgusted with people who take advantage of Public Roads, Public Sewage, Clean Running Water, Public Parks, Firemen, Police, Justice System, SCHOOLS, and Our Military and then scream "Socialist" like ignorant morons who don't know that all of those are socialist programs.  I am disgusted with a group of people too IGNORANT to fact check a rumor before jumping online and spreading it!

I am disgusted by a group that can't support their candidate, they can only smear, and slander, and LIE about the other guy. 

I am disgusted that they can't support the fact that It doesn't make us UN-American or ANTI-American to disagree with authority, that is what MAKES US FREE.

I have never been this disgusted with my countrymen before.  Not when Bush was re-elected, not when Kerry was smeared for being a hero in Vietnam, or made fun of for his 3 purple hearts (although that one was close).

I think we have become a country that puts their wealth ahead of the nation and it's people.  I would like to have my country restored, and I for one am willing to PAY FOR IT.

Will I pay more taxes with Obama?  YES, I am one of those people who will.  AM I WILLING TO PAY TO RESTORE MY COUNTRY?

YOU BET I AM, because when men and women, sons and daughters, are dying for this country it's the LEAST I CAN DO.
