    Gearing Up for the Party

As everyone knows, today is Election Day, and it's the first time since JFK many young people are excited to vote.  Obama has almost a cult following, that I personally don't think would be as large had it not been for the poor management of the Bush Administration.  Tonight, the EMU (the central building on campus) at the University of Oregon is hosting a big Election Night bash with coverage from CNN and local stations for local races as well and even a screen for Comedy Central's Stewart and Colbert coverage.

I collect Converse and I bought a pair with two tounges (strange, I know) and I rarely wear them. I figured why not Obama them out?  I'm only going to be wearing them this once for the party, and I only paid $4.99 for them at Goodwill.  They've already been a hit in the few classes I've been to today.
