Voting problems |
Voter Chaos at.... Krispy Kreme
As we drove up to the parking lot it was if there were voting booths set up inside the actual Krispy Kreme. Inside was even crazier. A que of "I Voted"s that wrapped around the shop and along the clear see thru wall where salivating voters could look in and see their freebie donuts being made. A wait almost as long as voting itself. But soon came relief when they began allowing the patriotic patrons to grab their own donut off the conveyer belt. Now I don't know exactly how many codes and violations this uh violates and I certainly don't want to get Krispy Kreme in trouble for doing a really nice thing to promote voting. So do with this story as you see fit but thought it was hysterical and great to see so many people excited about Voting and about donuts. A side note an African American family literally danced out of the Krispy Kremes with beaming smiles and great pride and they were screaming at the top of their lungs "IT'S VOTING DAY! WOO HOO!" Now that's America. God bless it.
