    The Egg-sitting Cat

    A few days ago I heard a cat meowing right outside my window. I went out into my backyard to try to shoo it away but it wouldn't. The same thing happened again on Saturday night, and once again, to no avail, I wasn't able to shoo the cat away. Sunday morning I decided to look in my back yard and this time the cat was sitting in a different part of my yard. I went outside to see if maybe now it would move but it let me pet it. When I checked where it was sitting I noticed that there was a duck egg. Later in the day the cat was sitting next to the egg and so I took a picture of it with my cell phone. Could the cat be egg-sitting? All it does is lay on the egg!
