Citizens of the Planet Zutonon Celebrate Obama's Win

November 5, 2008 - Today SETI (Search for extra-terrestial intelligence) reported receiving a signal from the Planet Zutonon, the second planet revolving around the Harbluneen Star System, with a message pertaining to the U.S. Election.  It was a video of a Zutonon spokesman sharing their specie's thoughts on the Obama win.

Pleno Wasnu XI (Zutonon Spokesman):   "We have just received your Earth media transmission waves announcing the Obama win.  We are pleased to announce that while your species is still in the cross hairs of our Mega-Plasma Planet Killer Galactic Canon, we have for the time being activated the safety switch to prevent any misfire.

You don't know how many times we have come close to pulling the trigger the last eight years.  We simply cannot risk having such an aggressive and primitive species threatening the security of our galactic peace.  Especially when your planet's strongest nation actually put into  power a being not far removed from your earlier Neanderthal species.  We believe his name is Kingbush, or at least this is what he is called by many of you  Earthlings.

We are pleased to see the masses have once again reflected a sign of intelligence by electing a leader who will not steer you into our devastating weaponry.

However, be warned, we will continue monitoring you Earthlings for the next years to come and any sign of aggression and hate mongering as we witnessed the last years, we will not hesitate to annihilate your species.
