    President Elect Obama asked for our help so I wanted to relay an idea to him.

     

     

    Sometimes even the most intelligent teams need a larger pool of collective thought and ideas to effectively address problems. The open source approach to problem solving is based on large scale synergy.  It's a method of innovation that involves providing an some effective incentive for large groups of people to willingly devise collaborative solutions from diverse perspectives.  Part 2 of the book "Mavericks at Work" nicely highlights the use of this concept.

     

     

    I certainly hope this helps and I look forward to being an active citizen where I can in service to our country and our world!
