    I'm 12 year old boy in my house hearing the shutters banging, the in West Bay is still has its power but Savanah and more district power outage. At 9:30 am the grass is muddy, At 11:30 wind and the rain have flooded the roads, At 4:00 in the afternoon the wind and rain have got even strongeras it was pushing me back.
