"Blacks Can't Rule" --Austrian TV Commentator Makes Shocking Anti-Obama Remarks on The Air
(Klaus Emmerich is seated on the left)
Austria's official state broadcaster is refusing to fire its leading political commentator despite the openly racist remarks he said about President-Elect Obama's victory.
Klaus Emmerich has the equivalent stature of a Wolf Blitzer on CNN, so his remarks carry particular weight in his country.
But covering the election in which Barack Obama was elected American president, Emmerich
said: 'I do not want the western world being directed by a black man. And if you say this is a racist remark, I say you are damn right it
is.'
