There once was a time users in virtual words just had their accounts deleted. But now the Lindens in second life has fount the ultimate deterrent to stop even the most hardened of griever put down his push guns and step away from the attack bar.

Many users in second life has fount it increasingly difficult if they wish to cause havoc because of shim owners fighting back by reporting it to the staff. Once the report has been made the next time the offender logs in any second life employee can send the offender to the cornfield and permanently or on a temp basis exclude him from the man grid.

It has been know for aviators both from the main and the teen grid to be teleported by force there.

And if you think creating an alt account would solve your woes think again. it also has been know from many other reporting Webster that your ip address is blocked and logged. And if you are committing a RL (real life) offence then your ISP can be contacted and the police could become involved.

Once in the cornfield there is no escape, IMs are restricted, there is nothing there but a black and white TV , and tractor says Nimrodd yaffle; who is one of many av's sent to this hellish place.

My view on it, second life if for a place for everyone, while grieving is not tolerated, i think that this is a too harsh punishment to just deal with anyone in general. Though, if you do cause severe disruption no one will have mercy even if the cornfield has your name all over it.
