"Green" and "Friendly" Wind Power = Dead Eagles
A dead eagle lies under a massive Wind turbine. This is the scene at every wind farm in America...... Death. Over the last 25 years, 1000-2000 Golden Eagles have died at the Wind Turbines of Altamont pass in California. The sad truth is that the Golden Eagle is disappearing from the foothills of central California. It is not pollution, it is not loss of habitat.......... it is the WIND TURBINES. The blade tips spin at over 200 mph and smash these birds from the sky while they are hunting. New wind turbine designs are the only answer. The two and three prop wind turbine designs are the killers. Each year thousands of birds of prey die in wind turbines across America. The wind power industry is well aware of this and is spreading disinformation and lies about wind power. Access is very limited to all wind power sites so the death count of birds can be contained. Wind power is not "Green" and it is not "friendly". If a wind project is proposed in your area send these guys packing because your birds of prey will disappear from your community. A wind project in Northern California has just been approved in critical habitat of the Bald Eagle, the Peregrine Falcon, the Great Gray Owl and the Spotted Owl. They will be the next victims of this so called "green energy".
