This iReport is part of an assignment:
League of First Time Voters |
First Time Voter
I am a first time voter, I am 25 and I've been absolutely inspired
by Barack Obama and the entire election process this time around.
He has inspired me not through his exceptional ability to speak
publicly but by his message in his speaking. He has inspired me
with the same enthusiasm and determination as JFK did in the 1960's
and I understand that we prosper not by electing the most capable
president but by being a force BEHIND that president. Let me also
state that with the present status of the US and the failures of
the current administration, I stand and say I take responsiblity
for not voicing my opinion in the previous election. Rather then
complain about this administration, I want to be part of the
solution and Obama is my outlet for that solution. "If I must
choose between righteousness and peace, I choose righteousness."
