This iReport is part of an assignment:
A puppy for the president |
Dog for President Elect Obama, Happi Chappi
My name is Happi Chappi, I am a mixed breed dog, that lived on the streets with a disability. I had bi-lateral, luxating patella's. I was rescued in January, 2008 and taken to an animal Hospital in Miami. Surgery was done and on February 14, 2008, I walked on 4 legs. AFter a few months of therapy, I am now able to walk, run and jump (even though I get in trouble sometimes for the jump part). I had a rough beginning, but now I know what it's like to have food, shelter and love. Please watch my video and see what I was like then and now and see if you and your family think I could be your "first" pup.
Woofs and licks, Happi Chappi
