Prop 8 Unconstitutional
My (completely straight) take on Prop 8 and gay marriage:
Anything less than equal rights for all citizens is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. All other considerations are moot, including gender, sexual orientation, race, creed and religion. One cannot impose a ban on the rights of any group or groups of citizens without entirely undermining this principle.
