Gays in Military actually safer in warzones?
Here's my take from my personal experience. Today we allow females to server their country and rightly so. Now while I was in Ramadi, we all saw the females, military and local workers all the time. We would get rockets inbound at least once a week hitting any random spot. That would imply that you always needed to be alert 24/7. However, and I personally saw this 100's of times, on our down time and a female was around about 50% of the guys would try their hardest to "get lucky" and it was like being around a bunch of junior high boys. Me being gay knew I wasn't getting lucky nor did I try or care. I wanted to come home alive, but all this jr. high behavior endanger not only their lives' but mine as well. So my point. Gay's serving in military are actually safer than their counter parts because no matter what, people will always try to "get lucky" even in the worst of times.
Just my experience.
