Hope you can help.my name is Bill Munnoch,I live in Scotland,and immediately after you new President elects winning speech I sent emails to Senator J Biden,to the Washington Post,and to the Hart Buildings Offices,Washington DC,with the offer of a 5 month old Shih-Tzu male puppy named Hamish.I said I would fly the wee pup over at my own expense if accepted,and as yet have not even received a decision nor a answer,I know in the context of current goings on in the world my offer may be put on the back burner,however I have always found Americans very courtous and mannerly,(sadly lacking if I may say so in the UK)I included photos of the wee pup and thought the First Family would fall in love with Hamish once they saw the photos.Please can you assist me in this matter.I understand the Senator will be probably innundated with thie type of offer,however form SCOTLAND?Kind regards Bill Munnoch,aged 67,EX veteran of British army.
