    Oakland Tropical Spot: NO PLACE TO DUMB OR HUMP

    Oakland tropical scence is not where dumping or humpy sex should take place.    A few block north is a gay bar and the business ladies strip.   It is the cheapest way to get desired thrills and to dump for free.
