Dictator Evo Morales sponsors local and foreign Terrorists Groups from Communist Cuba, Communist Venezuela, and the local Aymara Ponchos Rojos (Indigenous Racist Group) movements into several Bolivian States with training from the Vice-Dictator Alvaro Garcia Lineras (Terrorist).
Alvaro Garcia Lineras received Terrorist training when he joined several Communist Rebel groups in the 1970's and 1980's against the Bolivian Democracy.
He had been charged and incarcerated for several kidnappings of businessmen and for exploding bombs inside government buildings.
Bolivian citizens declare that justice no longer exists in the country and want to report to the International Community on Human Rights violations perpetuated by the Bolivian Communist / Terrorist Government Officials.
