Bush sorry….(is he ever)

Can we remember to NOT elect the “Straight-C” student ever again!!??  Just read his quotes from today’s interview and ask yourself: “If the thoughts are this confused and muddled coming out his mouth, can they be any less confused and muddled in his head??”

President Bush expressed remorse about the current economic crisis today in an interview with ABC-News "I'm sorry it's happening, of course.  On the other hand, the American people got to know that we will safeguard the system. I mean, we're in. And if we need to be in more, we will."

WTF???  Does anybody here speak Gibberish??  WHAT is this man talking about?? 

“Got to know”??  Does that pass for proper grammar in bum-f%#k, Texas??  And, what the hell are we “in” exactly??  Lord help us!  He might take us in more!! ...if he thinks we need to be!!  (?????) 

Asked if he would have ordered the U.S.-led invasion if intelligence reports had accurately indicated that Saddam did not have the weapons of mass destruction as suspected, Bush replied: "You know, that's an interesting question. That is a do-over that I can't do.”

Yeah, it sure is “an interesting question”.  Tell me Dub, what part of that question interests you the most??  The part where you remember all those UN inspections affirming that THERE ARE NO WMD’s HERE IN IRAQ, or the part where you remember thinking to yourself how much smarter you were than everyone else and how this would finally show all those “smart guys” that you know the answer!  And to call it a “do-over”??  No Dub-moron.  A do-over is when you accidentally pour orange juice instead of milk in your bowl of cheerios.  Costing the lives of thousands of U.S. soldiers, tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians, and what will be TRILLIONS of dollars from our economy…that’s NOT A FREAKIN’ DO-OVER!!

At one point in the interview, Bush was asked what he was most unprepared for going in as President.  "I think I was unprepared for war," he said. "In other words, I didn't campaign and say, `Please vote for me, I'll be able to handle an attack.' In other words, I didn't anticipate war.”

Truly mind numbing.  In other words…??  You idiot!  Is this how you hear other high-powered professionals speak??  And for 8 years!!  Not even counting the years as Texas Governor, Corporate Executive for the Texas Rangers and various oil companies.  It sure is a good thing you didn’t campaign on a promise to know how to “handle an attack” - judging from how poorly you handled the aftermath of that September day, early in your first term - how exactly DID you manage to get a second term?  Oh, that’s right.  Fear and intimidation.  Plus a whole heap of absolute LIES and defamation of character of a man who - completely unlike you - proved himself a hero during a time of war.  Oh, but then he was one of those “smart guys” that you vowed to yourself that you would show up someday!  Well, you sure showed everyone.  And history will remember you accordingly.
