    Trotwood, OH – There are over 7,541 families at risk of loosing their homes in Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Helping Hands provides free foreclosure mitigation, homeowner’s education, social and human services referrals, counseling services to families who are in the foreclosure process. If you know someone who are at risk of losing their home, has missed one or more mortgage payments, or need information on foreclosure prevention and education please have them call 1-888-578-2358 in Ohio. Call 268-6066 within the local Dayton area. Helping Hands will work one on one with each family to help understand their financial situation, develop a budget, an action plan and to work with lenders on their behalf. Helping Hands is an affiliate of Mission Peace National Corporation an intermediary partner across 15 states. Do you know of someone who could utilize our services or have a dream of owning their own home? If so please attend our Foreclosure Education Workshop on December 13, 2008 and speak with banks, Ohio State Treasures Office, HUD certified counselors, financial institution, DPL, and a host of different speakers.
