Our neighborhood has not seen any foreclosures yet but it looks like they are going to be seeing the first one. We have been here for 40 years. This year will be a sad Christmas. My mother got ill a couple of years ago with trouble in her spine and now has to use a wheelchair. We recently just had to go to a food bank to get food for the first time. Things are so bad that we even struggle to have food on the table. We had already been struggling for the last several years since my ex husband left me and never had to pay me for a house that he purchased behind my back without my knowledge during our marriage. He did a rent to buy after the divorce to beat me out of the money. The law states that this is wrong but I have no money for a lawyer.  I am a young woman on oxygen and unfortunately it turned out that he just sought me out because of that reason. His first wife was on oxygen and died in 2001. After he left, I found out that there was strong suspicion about her death and my health also became worse after I married him. He was and I do not know whether he is still working in some capacity in the CIA. He is or was an open employee but had national security clearance which I was told was very difficult to take away from him after he was already given it.  It turns out that he had a mental breakdown when he was young and he never should have been given national security clearance. It came out in divorce court that the judge admitted that he suffered from serious psychological problems but unfortunately no mental evaluation was ordered. There are alot of bad things that he was and still involved in. I am hoping to write a book some day but we have just been struggling to get by especially after my mothers health declined in the last couple of years.  I was also sad to find out after he left about a lifestyle and feelings that he was not honest with me about. Well one thing that has been causing me alot of problems if that he is apparently telling people that I still live with him according to a few sources. The local hospital had it down in their computer that he was still my next of kin. Which is very serious. I had recently been trying to sell some things on ebay through their paypal service and they are trying to put a hold on my money made from my auctions. I allege that his alleged dishonesty about me still living with him could be causing me the problem. I am unable to get my money so I cannot send my merchandise. It looks like now I will not even be able to get the money that our family so desperately needed from selling on ebay. My ex husband lives just 3 minutes from me so I fear every day for my safety. I sure hope that something is soon done about this man before he ends up doing something to harm me and my family. I also hope that something can be done to save our home. We have lived here for over 40 years and though we have had hard times we always managed to pay our bills but between getting some bad loans due to our unfortunate circumstances and my ex husband not paying what he owed me it looks like we will not be able to save our home. We cannot not seem to get the bank to modify our loan in a way that would actually help us. Like I said it will be a sad sad Christmas for us.
