Stop sending jobs overseas!
My husband works in the technology field. Many, many jobs in that industry are being sent to India. In fact, at a company he worked for until a year ago, at one point had a full 24/7 department spread across three locations in different states. Recently, 2 of those were shut down and the remaining location laid everyone off except 1 shift. Nearly a hundred jobs were lost so the company could hire people in India.
His current job involves supporting workers in India so they can do their job for the USA in their home country.
The government needs to either offer enough incentives to companies to keep the jobs here or make it flat out illegal. The economy will never bounce back if our jobs continue to be sent overseas.
