    These men spend 9 months out of the year away from their families.  Sailing the Great lakes around the state of Michigan, ohio, minnesota, wisconsin.  These boats haul the neccessary cargoes that are key ingredients in the steel processing.  They are unsung heroes. doing a job that doesn't get recognize till one boat sinks....remember the Edmund Fitzgerald?
