The current state of the U.S. economy and stock market loss has Americans cashing their nest eggs, and moving to Costa Rica. Costa Rica is still a bargain for housing and lifestyle, running approximatly 50% lower than the United States. I have witnessed their arrival at Liberia Airport located in northwest Guanacaste region of Costa Rica and noticed a great sigh of relief as they exited the Airline. For those that have yet to visit this tropical paradise, now is the time. The weather has just gone into the "Gold season", which means dry, warm and absolutely perfect . The U.S. dollar has strengthed once more against the Costa Rica colonie , trading at close to 560 colonies to the dollar.
