    My postal carrier failed to deliver my bills for my home resulting in my natural gas being shut off! I AM A REGULATED CUSTOMER DUE TO MY CREDIT. REGULATED BASICALLY MEANS MONTH TO MONTH. I am not the type of person to blame someone else for my own mistakes. I have never been late on a payment, and now my family of 4 daughters and I cannot take a hot shower or use heat for a week!! They cannot come out to restore my service until the 23rd! Bogus! Someone will pay.. Believe that! KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT BEFORE YOU COMMENT NEGATIVELY! ELECTRICITY IS NOT GAS!
