    Is Google Earth Going Too Far?

    I, personally, love Google Earth. It is just so cool! First, I enter a destination into my control panel. Then I hit a button and LIFT OFF! ( WOW, the chair I've been sitting on must have had a hidden launch pad underneath it!) Suddenly I'm flying around the planet like I'm an astronaut at warp speed, then like a bird, I swoop back down to Earth while things are flying past me at such fantastic speed, and then softly I land at my destination point only seconds later. Of course, I have no hidden agenda when I take my google journeys, so everything I experience is just for the fun of it, unless I'm needing directions to something. But, has Google gone too far with their street views? Apparently, Japan thinks so. Is it a privacy infringement to go as far as being able to view a location from street level? I have mixed feelings. So, what about video cams? I enjoyed seeing my relatives in Times Square when they were there one time. This technology definitely makes the world smaller, but how small is too small?
