    Dining with a Purpose Dear CNN: My wife and I think this is a great way to keep the spirit of giving alive... that is why we are here because the people of Chattanooga gave to us after losing everything due to Hurricane Katrina. And now we believe it is our turn to give back. So for the New Year we will select and partner with a local non profits each month giving 10% of our dining proceeds to their cause. Dining with a Purpose Michael Adams, Executive Chef/Owner would like to encourage you to get back into the Spirit the Giving. Once a month Blue Orleans Downtown will highlight a local non-profit organization by giving 10% of its dining proceeds to the named organization.
