    PLED THE FIFTH...!!!

    the dude pled the fifth 3 hours after the shooting during a questioning by his superiors. refused to talk and asked immediately for a lwayer..then resigns and refuses to talk.. seems to me if it was accidental going for the tazer he would have been very distraught and appolgetic..not the case..hes running, getting counsel and hiding..
