    Inaguration spawns new mobile application

    In response to the upcoming inauguration and the many people visiting the nations capitol next week, Innovation Geo, a D.C. startup, has developed the IPhone application, "Are You Safe?" The location aware application elegantly displays real-time crime data via the local police department and government. The application, which goes on sale this week before the inauguration, will be available in other select cities later this year.
