    48 Hours 'till "The Moment:" Trash Cans are Full

    On Sunday, thousands of people packed on to the Mall for the National Mall Concert.  B 2:00 PM, the few trash cans by the Washington Monument were already overflowing.  We're encouraging everyone to bring a bag on to the mall on Tuesday and carry away any trash they may be tempted to leave behind.
