    US Airways Flight 1549 jet on a barge in Jersey City

    The US Airways jet was carried by barge to Jersey City where I was able to photograph it. In one the photos, you can see where the engine was torn off of the left wing. Some of the damage to the nose and tail areas in the photos might have happened during the recovery of the jet.
