    Hello.  My name is Tiffany Nicole Blacknall.  This is my i-report submission for the second phase of the Black in America Tour Contest.  I have documented CNN's HBCU tour stop at Hampton University.  I've also captured a glimpse of what Hampton University students feel regarding being Black in America.
