KS: 2 Shot dead, 7 Hurt at Wake

WICHITA, Kansas - Police said late Saturday that two people were killed and seven injured in a shooting at a wake in southeastern Wichita.  Deputy Police Chief Robert Lee told The Wichita Eagle and KAKE-TV that all the victims of Saturday night's shooting were adults, but he did not know their ages or genders.  One victim was reported in critical condition and four others were reported in serious condition.  Lee said the shooting occurred around 9:30 p.m. during a wake at a house. He could not say how many shooters were involved but some of the shots came from outside the home. No arrests were made.  Lee said police had trouble communicating because many at the house did not speak English.
