    Economy Diagnostics

    The economy is sick.

If the people spend money, the economy will improve.

The problem is that people don't have money to spend. Businesses are cutting jobs because they are losing money. This reduces the cash flow even further.

A logical look at the economic health reveals the real problem. Costs are too high to maintain a prosperous economy. It cost too much to buy products, so companies don't have the resources to keep paying high wages.

In short, inflation has increased to the point that it is on par with a deadly malignant cancer. If it is allowed to continue it could ruin the economy beyond repair.

Solution: Broad Level cost reduction and oversight.

    1. Establish a fair pay scale based upon technical expertise and job complexity. Compare each job to this standard to create a logical fair pay scale.

    2. Establish a trade scale to allow for prices to be set based upon cost of production and delivery. Compare each product to this standard to create fair prices in every market.

    3. Establish an oversight organization that acts as a watchdog to protect employees and employers, consumers and producers.

If this can be done, it will virtually eliminate inflation.

Cost of living will be stable. This will enable people on fixed incomes to be more comfortable within their limits.

I am sure that many will disregard this idea. The problem is that we have gotten too comfortable with cost increases. We accept price increases because it happens, even though the product isn't changed. We expect raises in our wages, even when we don't improve our performance.

This is economic cancer, and if left unchecked, it will ruin our economy.
