This iReport is part of an assignment:
Remembering John Updike |
Library honors Updike
I walk by the Beverly Farms library , which bears Mr Updike's name, every day with my dog Alfalfa. I have seen him walking in town and along West Beach, and he seemed such an ordinary man about town. A quiet man, unpretentious. "Still waters run deep" and that could best describe how I saw him in everyday life.
