What will you do for the AIRLINES
My husband is a United Airlines Pilot has been with them for 10 years. He was Furloughed back in 2004 and might be again when they start cutting back this fall. You have been watching airlines falling out one by one, and it could happen to United or any major carrier because of high gas cost. With this high gas cost it will increase the rate of fare and many middle class will not be able to afford to go on the airplane. That will cause more carriers to pull down their flying. Lots more furloughs with no other airlines hiring leave a lot of pilots of the streets. What will you try to do to save the airlines, they need help from the goverment but are not getting it and a lot of airline families are hurting. How are you going to keep the airlines up and running?
