    Equal-Pay Bill Into Law

    President Barack Obama signs his first law: an equal-pay measure that makes it easier for workers to sue for decades-old discrimination. The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act is named for a woman who spent 19 years at a Goodyear Tire plant before she realized her male colleagues were being paid more.  This is great!
