PEACE TALK, HOPE, REMEMBRANCE - ISRAEL AT 60
Israel's 60th birthday was toasted with gratitude, love and respect by inspirational, brilliant, and hopeful speakers and performers honored by a standing room only, enthusiastic crowd of over 7,000 gathered on the campus of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, Thursday May 8, 2008. The originally scheduled two-hour event to honor Israel's 60 years as an independent nation lasted almost three hours, as the importance of the moment gripped the hearts and minds of the multi- generational, Chicagoland, and international crowd.
