Do-over: Marching in the Inauguration Parade

I was very lucky to be able to carry the American flag (my best friend with the Arkansas flag beside me!) in the 56th Inauguration Parade. As a very big supporter of President Obama (and his amazing wife, Michelle!), this was one of the best things to happen to me in my life. The weather was the absolute worst, I was sleep deprived, and I thought my flag would fall many times, but it was an incredible experience and I would do it over and over again.

I didn't get any actual pictures of us in action, only one from right before where you see us with the banner and the flags.
