    His name is Tyquan Rivera, he's 14 years old. At approx. 8:30 this morning he surrendered himself to the Hall of Justice with his lawyer.

     

    He will be arraigned tomorrow morning in city court.

     

     

    The authorities are tight lipped at this moment as to the way the case will go to the court system due to his age.
