How we first met[1] |
Love at First Sight 23 Years Ago
During a cold night in February 1986, at the Plantation Supper Club, Debbie was in the club drinking slowly on her Miller-Lite beer. She suddenly spotted a tall, semi-shaved, ash blond headed Man.
He approached Debbie and said, "I'll buy you a beer if you'll dance with me." Debbie replied, "This one is warm and I would much prefer the delicious, but tempting Bahama-Mama!" The Man stated that he had plenty of money and would be right back.
The Man couldn't take his eyes off Debbie while at the bar. He ordered her drink and got himself a beer instead. As he made his way back to where she was standing, the Man couldn't help but notice her curvy figure. Standing five feet six inches, long blond hair, and beautiful blue eyes, he handed the drink to her.
The romancing couple found a table, talked and danced until closing, then made their way back to Debbie's' home. It was definitely love at first sight. The Man romanced Debbie night and day. In fact, two weeks and two days, Debbie and Steven were married.
Today, we live happily together with our son Christopher.
