Souting provides many Valuable Lessons!!
My children each spent a few / several years in scouting are in college now. So in my lifes experience and observations, often the busiest children also have very busy parents who overcompersate and DO tooooo much for their kids, Often completing the childs responsibilities for them (time constraints? need to be High aciever?)! Whatever.
Souting provides a Non-Competitive framework for Guiding children in Many positive areas- i.e. skill building, self-confidence, taking on And completing responsibilities, effective teamwork, communications, leadership, ethics, and Many other developmental aspects!
I know personally a few extremely successful people who attribute a large part of the foundation for their career and personal achievements to the experience of Scouting.
LET THE CHILDREN LEARN BY DOING!!
