Mimo at Bibo at it again....

Miami, FL (SOBE) - Once again hats off to Fran Rollason and the folks at MIMO BISCAYNE ASSOCIATION for yet another successful attempt at making Biscayne Blvd in Downtown Miami a place to be. Last weekend, I had the pleasure of coming out to this area, after having received an e-mail from Fran alerting me of the event. Local restaurants provided offerings at a discounted price, which seemed like a brilliant idea to me.
While there, I got the chance to do tasting at a few places. One such establishment happened to stand out to me. The place is called Che Sopranos (www.chesopranos.com). It seemed to me that the place not only had a catchy name, which seemed somewhat familiar to me (Aka the Sopranos HBO’s hit show) but the place simply seems very quaint and welcoming.
My family and I made a stop and had the pleasure of meeting the owner and manager of the establishment (Leandro). I have to admit that the personal attention and pride this business owner takes in his customers is unprecedented. Especially at a time when businesses have lost that personal touch.
The cuisine at Che Sopranos is superb, and truly delightful. We tried varying offerings from their menu and left very satisfied. In fact, we returned to try the regular menu at Che Sopranos just last night, February 6, 2009. Once again, Leandro and his staff went out of their way to make our visit a very pleasurable one.
From my family to the Che Soprano family, congrats on the successful beginning of Biscayne Blvd and your restaurant.
