Bethany Carter Howlett is helping to win the war against obesity
among adults and children by working with her newly founded charity,
Bodies by Bethany, Spirit by God. The foundation will hold informal
seminars that will focus on proper nutrition, indoor and outdoor
exercise activities for the whole family, ways to monitor your
personal and loved ones nutritional intake, healthy recipes that the
whole family will enjoy, and much more. The seminars will be free to
the public and held during the week and on weekends at multiple times
that fit everyones schedule, via elementary schools, middle schools,
high schools, local gym and recreational centers, community centers,
local libraries and YMCAs, etc.
