    6Pack Resolution: Healthy Eating Update

    My 2009 resolution is to get a 6Pack by Summer. I know that fitness is a key, and also what I eat is also going to be key in me achieving my goal.

     

    I have been working with trainer and nutritionist Ludovic of Aristocrat Fitness.

     

    Here is a video of us at the store shopping and talking about healthy eating.
