EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS IN A TIME OF CRISIS
My conversation with Edward Lawler, Director of the Center for Effective Organizations and Distinguished Professor at the University of Southern California's Marshal School of Business.
Professor Lawler suggested workers will have to have more individual responsibility with regards to self-marketing and that the employer/employee relationship is changing, especially in this time of economic hardship.
