Judge Perry - Were Lumpkin County officials paid off to cover up Aida's murder?

Perry, Jr. Courthouse 901 Richland Street Columbia, South Carolina 29201 Emailed 02-22-09 (perry_ecf@scd.uscourts.gov) Senior Judge Perry: Do you think that my Shearson office manager in metro Atlanta Armand Zerilli and Shearson lawyer Peter Anderson were referring to Lumpkin County officials when I recorded their disturbing comment that they along with Sandy Weill and my fellow Shearson broker Jim Pruitt murdered and disposed of the body outside of metro Atlanta of Jim?s ex-girlfriend Ms. Aida Calfee who was one of our Shearson sales assistants because it was easier to pay off ?local officials?? Obviously Georgia officials are either too dumb or too corrupt to solve the murder/ disappearance of Ms. Aida Calfee in 1981 just as they are either too dumb or too corrupt to solve the murder of my fellow 82nd Airborne Division soldier Sandy Neel in 1974. Based on what I was told and heard, there is no doubt that Jim and some of his Shearson thugs murdered Aida. Based on what I was told and read, I think Sandy was vindictively murdered by the vindictive Atlanta police officer who started a fight with Sandy shortly before Sandy was kicked in the mouth breaking some teeth and stabbed to death. As you know, Georgia?s Attorney General Mike Bowers who is unfortunately one of my fellow West Pointers vulgarly but correctly told me when he wasn?t busily engaged in committing the Georgia crimes of ?SODOMY? ? ?ADULTERY? and ?PERJURY? with his longtime mistress Ann Davis who supposedly was the personal assistant to former U.S. Attorney Griffin Bell at King & Spalding, the best so called ?WHOREHOUSE? law firm in Atlanta that bribery paying big time developer John Williams of Post Apartments could hire/buy that the GBI are ?GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKERS? and are controlled by the ?GOOD OLE BOYS.? Obviously Mike?s vulgar but truthful statement about the GBI is also true of The Atlanta Journal/Constitution. In the interest of real justice, your fellow federal officials need to re-take control of the state of Georgia. I anxiously await your response. For your information, my wife (now ex-wife) Pamela Huff Rosenberg was scared too death while I was still living in metro Georgia that my fellow Shearson officials and/or employees who had murdered Aida would harm our family. It always bothered me but Pamela made me promise her that I would never say a word about my tape recordings unless some law enforcement official questioned me. For unknown reason, I was never questioned. In fact, I don?t know if anyone in our Shearson office was ever questioned. Hopefully the people who murdered Aida won?t try to kill my ex-wife and our only child Stephen Mitchell Rosenberg. However, Pamela still has most of my tapes. For several years after I was illegally run out of and banned from the state of Georgia in 1991 for refusing to ?KEEP QUIET? about Georgia?s white racism, white corruption and white vindictiveness, Pamela stated she did not know where my tapes were. Later she turned over some of my tapes that she had hidden at the elementary school where she was a teacher. Perhaps she has the rest of my tapes hidden at Wesleyan School in Norcross, Georgia (770.448.7640) where she is currently teaching. Someone should warn Wesleyan School Head Master Zach Young. Pamela had become terrified that the people who were responsible for the death threats I received while we were living at 9490 Riverclub Parkway in Duluth, Georgia from 1986 to 1991 when I was illegally banned from Georgia would burn down our house to destroy my tapes. We did have several break ins. If Pamela is correct, then obviously these people would not hesitate to burn down Weslayan School if they thought Pamela was hiding the rest of my tapes at Weslayan School. Again, please warn Wesleyan School Head Master Zach Young. Obviously as my good friend and fellow West Pointer Colonel Frank Egan correctly and courageously wrote (see attached letter) that my ?? INTEGRITY GOT IN THE WAY OF A NUMBER OF FULTON COUNTY AND AS A RESULT, HE (I) BECAME A ?marked man? IN THE ATLANTA AREA.? I remind you again of that old adage ? ?JUST DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.? She allegedly got out of the car in Dalonega, Georgia to hitchhike home. She was seen heading south on Highway 19 & 41. Aida Calfee took out a warrant in Cobb County in 1981 against her boyfriend, stockbroker Jim Pruitt, 32, for beating and choking her. Saying she had not taken out a warrant after prior beatings because of fear, she told prosecutors that Pruitt was trying to get her to drop charges. She disappeared five days before Pruitt's arraignment and has been missing ever since. Pruitt was found guilty of battery. Foul play is suspected.
