Two days after she went missing from outside her Penhold home, a

16-year-old told family she escaped from her captors and ran to a pay

phone from which she called her dad for help, her father said.

"She's very, very scared," he said last night, minutes after she was found.

"She told me she had to beg for her life."

He said the teen told family she was abducted from the back of their

Penhold home --about 135 km north of Calgary -- around 9:30 p.m. on

Thursday after driving to a nearby store for a treat.

RCMP have made an arrest in the disappearance of Jordan Knelson-Long.

The 56-year-old suspect was arrested in Red Deer about 12:20 p.m. today.                                                                           

Kidnapping and sexual assault charges are pending.
