Gates has noted, however, that nuclear threat from outside Iran becomes the increasing problem. He has told that at present all rests against, whether Europe and the USA to strengthen the sanction against Iran can and to increase thus for Iranians the price in which it the nuclear program manages.

At the same time, the head of defensive department has underlined, it is necessary "to show them (Iranians) an open door if they will want to deal with Europeans or with us".
