    With snow covered sidewalks, it's easier to walk on the streets this morning on the way to work.  This is 16th Street in Manhattan, which has already been plowed by the NYC Sanitation Department trucks. The temperature is 21 degrees with winds gusting up to 30 miles an hour. Not bad at all yet.
