Is Foreign Travel Safe?
When traveling to a foreign country, there is always at least mild concern about personal safety in these uncertain times. On my recent Bahamas vacation, this was somewhat heightened given that I was accompanied by my children. Thankfully, I rarely sensed any danger during this trip. The one exception occurred briefly while lounging peacefully on my balcony. I just couldn’t escape this nagging feeling that a certain red-haired menace was “gunning for me”. I thought it was just my imagination until I was given the image above. As this particular threat was American in origin, I still consider the Bahamas to be a safe vacation destination.
